Raymond “Red” Reddington, one of the FBI’s most needed escapees, surrenders face to face at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He guarantees that he and the FBI have similar interests: cutting down risky crooks and psychological oppressors. In the most recent two decades, he’s made a rundown of hoodlums and fear based oppressors that matter the most yet the FBI can’t discover in light of the fact that it doesn’t know they exist. Reddington calls this “The Blacklist”. Reddington will co-work, yet demands that he will talk just to Elizabeth Keen, a new kid on the block FBI profiler.
