A yearning on-screen character David Brown lands in New York City from his residential area in Maryland with expectations of satisfying his fantasies of turning into a major star in film. Upon his landing, David sees he is being trailed by a few men and gets to be distinctly suspicious when stood up to by the men who trust he took their book pack. His life changes when a destitute veteran named Lenny spares him. Being thankful, David offers him something to eat and some cash – yet being a man of respect, Lenny decreases and simply needs to see David get to his freshly discovered place, where he is remaining with his sister Terry a yearning artist who fills in as a server. Knowing next to no concerning why the men were tailing them, they soon understand that the sack David has is brimming with a hundred thousand dollars in unmarked bills that have a place with a known bookie named Sevalos. With Sevalos having eyes all around the city, the two must frame a bond and get to the best possible powers before it is past the point of no return.
